"The Department of Pharmacy at the University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS) has marked a proud milestone as several of its students have secured prestigious international scholarships for master’s programs in 2025. This remarkable achievement highlights the academic excellence and global competitiveness of UITS graduates. Among the successful candidates, Fatema Tuzzahara Juhi from the 15th batch has earned a scholarship to pursue higher studies at Universidade de Lisboa, Portugal. From the same batch, Israt Jahan has secured a scholarship at CQ University, Australia. In addition, three students from the 13th batch—Md Shakil Hossain, Antor Bhowmik, and Rakibul Hasan Shawon—have also been awarded scholarships to study at Central Queensland University, Australia. These accomplishments reflect the strong academic foundation and research potential nurtured within the Department of Pharmacy at UITS. The university administration and faculty members have expressed their pride in the students’ success, emphasizing that such achievements will inspire current and future students to aim for global academic excellence."
