"The University of Information Technology and Sciences (UITS), the first IT and science-based private university established in Bangladesh, proudly announces that Md. Al Amin, Lecturer of the Department of Pharmacy, has achieved remarkable success at the 2nd International Conference on Recent Advances in Science and Technology, held at University of Rajshahi. At the conference, he presented his research titled “Assessment of Antidiabetic Activity of Methanolic Extract of Piper sylvaticum: In Vivo and In Silico Approaches.” Competing among numerous national and international participants, his poster was awarded the Best Poster Presentation, showcasing the innovation and scientific excellence of UITS research. Dr. Md. Mofazzal Hossain, Head of the Department of Pharmacy at UITS, served as a co-author and played a significant role in guiding and conducting the research.
